The real problems come when you try to play games with this. You can change this in the settings (the icon with the touchpad/mouse buttons there’s a couple different options in there) It keeps defaulting to a drag and click method, which isn’t terrible, but also isn’t really that intuitive with a touch interface. The original is widely considered one of the greatest games of all time and the remake currently boasts a 93 on Metacritic, so it's not very surprising to see it racking in pre-orders.
For those out of the loop, Resident Evil 4 is a remake of the 2005 game of the same name.
